Privacy & guest applications

When you submit a guest application, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, optional Discord username, discussion topics and any subjects you prefer us to avoid.

Applications are delivered to the podcast team through a private Discord channel using a Cloudflare Pages Function. Only provide information relevant to your application. Do not include sensitive personal information.

We use this information to review applications and contact potential guests. If you would like us to delete an application, email podcast@beyondtheflightdeck.co.uk.

Embedded Spotify and TikTok content may connect to those services and be subject to their privacy practices.

We will review and update this notice as our services evolve.
